About this work
Wet Ceridwen & The Skuzz Nymphs is a text-based horror game about a group of queer indie porn makers (The Skuzz Nymphs) holidaying at the beach. The game brings together Celtic folklore, queer family hang outs, seaweed monsters, grief rituals, and revenge fantasy for anti-trans violence. Using the multiple option ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ storytelling format to centre the player’s consent, Wet Ceridwen & The Skuzz Nymphs creates a space where the emotionally raw subjects of grief, suicide and transphobia can be approached with care – if and when the player feels able to do so.
