separating us from each other?
Imaginary lines heat up the
hatred born from subtle differences.
Gives us excuses to exterminate our
neighbors based on man-made gods.
We all believe we are good
underneath it all then someone
accuses us of being monsters.
The truth guts us as we pull
out our brothers’ organs and
throw them in the streets.
